A quick guide to our sizes

Most of our items are available in these sizes:

• Small (8-10)
• Medium (10-12)
• Large (12-14)

Wrap dresses - are a flexible sizing style choice to fit a range of sizes.

Shoes - are the same as US sizes.

Jeans - see the chart on left.

Our policies for returns and store credits

We want you to love your purchase. If something just isn't right let us know and we can give you store credit (we don't give cash refunds unless the garment is deemed faulty). Just be sure to check the following conditions and you'll be good to go.

• We need to receive your return within 14 days of your order date to be eligible for an in-store credit. International orders are allowed 28 days.
• Any returns sent after this won't get a store credit.
• Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Your printed order confirmation must be included and you need to pay the return postage cost.
• Sale, jewellery and all accessory items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you offer return labels?
We do not offer return labels so please address the package as above.

Can I make a return past the 14 day period for store credit?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept clothing past the 14-day return policy for store credit. All items for return must be delivered back within 14 days.

What can't I return?
All accessories, jewellery and sale items

What if I want to exchange my item for another size/different item?
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. You may then place an order for the desired size.
